Q How are service providers selected?
A Service providers must be committed to providing great customer service and making customers and clients a priority. Many Concierge Service providers are recommended by our customers. Others have worked with our agents for years. All Concierge contractors are licensed, bonded, and insured.

Q When should I expect to hear back from a contractor or other service provider?
A You will be contacted by a contractor or service provider within 48 hours of your request. Please contact our Concierge if you do not receive a timely response.

Q How do I recommend a service provider to be part of the program?
